The Eco-Res approach is to use factory made panelised wall and floor components in the construction process.
Pre-insulated ‘closed; wall panels complete with window units and doors enable the assembly of a weather tight building shell for a 3 bedroom house in only 3 days.
Eco-Res have an established supply chain for the manufacturer and assembly of the building shell, which is tendered competitively. Eco-Res are not linked to a single service supplier.
The housing concept has been recognised by a series of awards for completed buildings, relating to design, sustainability and construction technology.
