Martin P Kelly MIoD – Chairman  / Housing & Delivery

Martin was joint founder of Eco-Res in 2010 having enabled the acquisition of the rights to the intellectual property of Dr Avi Freeman of McGill University in Quebec, Canada. As a result, Martin facilitated the first development of almost 500 student bedrooms which ultimately won the 2008 BREEAM award for ‘multi residential buildings’ in the UK.

Martin’s career path has taken him through numerous high profile and influential industry roles to that of Group Chief Executive of Accent Group. Accent Group was a national community investment enterprise managing over 20,000 homes and healthcare assets with a value in excess of £1.6 billion.

John Wybor Dip Arch RIBA – Director / Design & Procurement

Founder of Award winning practice GWP Architecture in 1991. John has been at the forefront of delivering significant affordable, sustainable housing projects from £6m to £34m in value, for a range of clients including RSL’s/Universities/Private Sector. The schemes have been recognised by a  series of awards.

Research forms an important part of product development and John has collaborated with a variety of specialists including Professor Avi Friedman, director of the affordable homes programme at Mcgill University, Montreal. John Wybor with Professor Friedman co-authored a book on student residential accommodation titled ‘Innovative Student Residences – New Directions in Sustainable Design’. 2016.

Gerwyn J Bryan MRICS – Director / Finance & Development

A Chartered Surveyor and Registered RICS Valuer active within the North of England Property market for the last 35 years during which time he has established himself as a leading consultant in the market in the Property Development, Investment and Valuation sectors.

Involvement in the property development sector has included numerous retail, leisure, commercial and residential schemes.

Owner of GERWYNBRYAN Property Solutions  – an Independent Property Consultancy acting  regularly for Private Clients, Charities and Banks in an advisory capacity on Real Estate Valuation, Development, the Structuring of property transactions and matters of Corporate Governance.
