As developers, Eco-Res Partnerships are able to provide a number of options for their partners in  order to provide the most cost effective and tax efficient method of structuring a transaction through partnering and joint ventures including the use of off-Balance Sheet arrangements.

For example: Contract to deliver number of homes

/ Traditional Route

1) Land – purchased/funded by Eco-Res Partnerships

    Build cost – carried out and funded by Eco-Res Partnerships

    Homes – pre-sold to partner

    Homes – pre-leased to partner on long lease

/ Partnering Arrangements

2) Land – owned by the partner & put into venture at pre-agreed value

    Build – carried out and funded by Eco-Res Partnerships

    Homes – pre-sold or pre-leased to partner at price to reflect the partnership arrangements

3) Land – owned by the partner

    Build – carried out by Eco-Res Partnerships – funded by the partner

    Homes – sold or leased to partner at price to reflect the partnership arrangements

Partnering arrangements are arranged specifically on a bespoke basis to suit the particular circumstances of the partner.
